It is an independent centre of strategic sense-making and cultural design, working at the crossroads of creative strategy, philosophical branding, and cultural systems design.
The centre connects long-term ideas with the structures, institutions, and forms of collaboration capable of carrying them into practice.

M Balance maintains the conceptual continuity that allows the different levels of the SARAFAN project to function as one system.
Within the SARAFAN project, M Balance acts as the methodological core: it is responsible for the integrity of the conceptual framework, develops the categories of Measure, Memory, and Conscience, and ensures continuity between the levels of the project.
Its role is to keep language, principles, and practical development connected, so that the project can evolve without losing its internal logic.
