What It Is

A prolonged intellectual dialogue

Not another event in the international calendar, but a continuous process for testing whether different visions of the future can coexist without domination or conflict.

RE:THINK DIALOGUE 2045 is an independent international initiative aimed at creating a space for new thinking about the future. It is not a forum or a conference. It is a closed visionary process — a prolonged intellectual dialogue in which representatives of various intellectual traditions, nations, and cultures test ideas for civilisational compatibility and formulate an alternative, non-conflictual vision of the world by the middle of the twenty-first century.

Not

A forum

The work does not begin and end with a public programme.

Not

A conference

Participants do not simply present fixed positions to one another.

It is

A closed visionary process

Ideas are tested through sustained dialogue before they become shared frameworks or projects.

Working condition

Chatham House Rule

Information may be used, but it is prohibited to disclose who expressed any particular idea. This creates the trust required for participants to think beyond their formal roles and inherited positions.

Why Now

The crisis is structural, not cyclical

The world possesses extraordinary civilisational resources, but continues to operate through an institutional architecture created for a previous era.

The central tension

Rich histories. Weakening balance.

Existing international organisations continue to function, but their ability to maintain balance is weakening. The challenge is no longer only to manage another downturn, but to redesign the conditions under which different civilisations can cooperate.

On one hand

Civilisational resources

Deep historical memory, cultural traditions, accumulated forms of knowledge, and diverse practices of social organisation.

Structural conflict

On the other
Inherited institutions
An international architecture designed for an earlier period and increasingly unable to preserve trust and equilibrium.

01

Growing trust deficit

02

Disrupted trade chains

03

Expanding bloc logic, sanctions, and political pressure

Under these conditions, RE:THINK DIALOGUE 2045 emerges as a prolonged intellectual process — a contour of compatibility within the SARAFAN project, connecting thinkers, practitioners, and entrepreneurs from the countries of the Primary civilisational belt.

How It Works

Two methods. One continuous process.

The dialogue connects a long-term horizon with practical tools for turning meaning into institutions, value chains, and shared action.

01

Reverse Horizon Thinking

Participants develop the desired image of the world in 2045 and work backwards to determine the cultural, institutional, technological, and philosophical foundations that must be laid today.

SARAFAN Methodology

The process is continuous

Meetings, forums, and summits are only the visible part of the work. The dialogue continues between them as ideas are tested, refined, and translated into shared frameworks.
